COVID-19 UPDATES
We have spent the last several weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world; and have been carefully following all appropriate safety procedures as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Like many of you, we are deeply concerned and want to do what we can do to keep our team members, families, and customers healthy.
On March 19, 2020, the Pennsylvania Governor, Tom Wolf, mandated a policy that all non-life-sustaining businesses must shut down their locations until further notice.
Effective immediately, the following plan has been implemented:
- As of today March 20th, our entire facility is shut down until the Governor’s mandate is lifted. This will impact lead times of any current and new orders. A member of your sales team will be contacting you regarding any pending orders.
- Our office staff is now working remotely until further notice. During this time, please be patient with us as we make this transition. It may take us a little longer to respond to requests and inquiries than it normally does.
- Our outside Regional Managers have ceased traveling and are now working from home. All contact with our customers is now being conducted by phone, email and virtual conferencing.
- Your Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is readily available by email. To talk with your ISR, please continue to call their regular phone number. You may need to leave a voicemail message – but they will return your call as soon as possible.
This is a challenging time for all of us, but we want you to know we are deeply committed to the safety of our customers, team members, and communities. The Laminators family hopes that everyone stays safe and healthy.
