Laminators Incorporated has offered composite panels to the commercial fenestration industry for many years. We are now manufacturing a NEW line of head and seat board panels for bay and bow windows to the residential fenestration market.
Our head and seat boards can be easily integrated into the top and bottom of bay and bow window assemblies. The boards are extremely rigid and have a pre-finished oak or birch veneer face that is ready to be stained or painted.
Head and seat boards are available in full-size panels or cut to your exact specifications, reducing your time to fabricate and assemble.
Boards are available in the following sizes and thicknesses:
Non-insulated Bay and Bow Window panel
- Face Material: ¼” Oak or birch veneer; A4 grade, rotary-cut plywood veneer laminated to fiberboard
- Core Material: ½”, ¾” or 1” Exterior furniture grade plywood
- Backer Material: 0.20” vinyl backer
- Overall Panel Thicknesses: ¾”, 1”, 1 ¼”
- Size: 4’ x 8’, 4’ x 10’, 4’ x 12’, or cut-to-size
Insulated Bay and Bow Window panel
- Face Material: ¼” Oak or birch veneer; A4 grade, rotary-cut plywood veneer laminated to fiberboard
- Stabilizer Material: ½” Exterior furniture grade plywood
- Foam Core: ½” ISO, EPS or XPS
- Stabilizer Material: ½” Exterior furniture grade plywood
- Backer Material: 0.20” vinyl backer
- Overall Panel Thicknesses: 1 ¾”
- Size: 4’ x 8’, 4’ x 10’, 4’ x 12’, or cut-to-size
