What motivates me every day is the opportunity to help things run better—for our team, our customers, and the company as a whole. We’re constantly evolving, and I love being part of that momentum. Career Journey & Highlights
I graduated from St Bonadventure and hold an MBA from Drexel. Like everyone in my family, I started out on the shop floor and have held roles in sales, marketing, operations and product management. I’ve been lucky to work on projects that pushed the boundaries of efficiency, quality, and innovation.
I’ve had the chance to roll up my sleeves and contribute to improvements that make a difference—from streamlining workflows to helping launch new products. I take pride in keeping things moving, solving problems quickly, and helping others succeed along the way.
Skills & Strengths
I enjoy digging into the details while keeping an eye on the big picture. Whether it’s using data to drive better decisions, mentoring a teammate, or optimizing a process, I’m always looking for ways to do things smarter and faster.
My strengths include problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and staying cool under pressure—skills I’ve developed through experience, ongoing learning, and plenty of real-world challenges.
Outside the Office
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me watching sports (diehard Philadelphia fan!) and listening to all sorts of music, my taste is eclectic. I value time with family and friends—whether it’s a weekend BBQ, a quick road trip, or just catching up after a long day. For me, the same things that matter at work—teamwork, curiosity, and commitment—carry over into everyday life. I believe in showing up, giving your best, and celebrating wins along the way.
