Why I Love Being Part of Laminators
I’ve been with Laminators Inc. since 1992, and it’s been incredible to be part of the company’s journey and growth over the years. Every day, I get to play a role in making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes – something I take great pride in. My background in both manufacturing and sales gives me a unique perspective, helping me support our teams and better understand what our customers need to succeed.
My Journey Here
I started on the production floor, working on our bonding lines, saws, and door department. From there, I moved into Sales and Production Control, learning different parts of the business along the way. Today, as Plant Manager, I use that experience to help lead our operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
How I Make an Impact
Thanks to training in Lean Manufacturing through DVIRC, I’ve developed a strong skill set for improving processes and reducing waste—so we can deliver the best possible products to our customers. I enjoy working closely with our team to find smarter ways of doing things, and I’m always looking for opportunities to improve how we serve our customers.
A Little About Me
Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for over 30 years and have three amazing adult children—with our third grandson on the way this July! I spent about 15 years coaching soccer at both the club and high school levels. These days, my wife and I love going on cruises and try to plan one whenever we can—it’s become a favorite way for us to unwind and explore new places.
