Laminators Inc. Appoints New Regional Sales Managers for Architectural Division

John Johnson, Tim Casey, Ed Scholl

Hatfield, PA – Laminators Incorporated is pleased to announce the hiring of three new architectural regional sales managers, Ed Scholl, John Johnson, and Tim Casey; as well as announcing their long-term regional manager, Jason Bauknecht, taking over the southeast.

Bauknecht has held various positions throughout his 18 years with Laminators Inc., including Shop Machine Operator, Customer Relations Manager for the sign & digital print products division, Inside Sales Representative and Inside Sales Manager for the architectural division, and most recently New Business Development as well as Regional Manager for the Chesapeake and Mid-Atlantic regions.

In 2022, Bauknecht relocated from Pennsylvania to Florida, which opened up the opportunity to transition to a territory in his own backyard. Bauknecht will now be responsible for the southeast region, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Being without a Regional Manager in this area for quite some time now, it was a great chance for Laminators to move Bauknecht into this newly created role. In addition, he’ll also remain Regional Manager for all of Canada.

Taking over Bauknecht’s previous territory of Delaware, Maryland, Southern New Jersey, New York (excluding NYC), Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia is Ed Scholl.

Scholl has over 30 years of experience in many levels of sales and management within the commercial construction and commercial revitalization industries. Most recently holding the role of Economic Development Consultant for the Quakertown Borough in Pennsylvania.

Prior to this position, Scholl was an owner of a Martins Famous Pastries Franchise, as well as engineered lumber and structural design for Shelly Enterprises in PA.

Next, is John Johnson who will be managing Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana.

Johnson has over 17 years of experience in many levels of sales and management within the commercial construction industry, specifically in the building envelope segment. Most recently holding the role of Regional Sales Manager at Hushframe, Inc., where John sold sound attenuation building products in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and East Texas.

Last, but certainly not least, comes Tim Casey, who will be taking over Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Northern New Jersey, Metro New York/Long Island, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Casey has over 15 years of experience in many levels of sales and management within the commercial construction industry, specifically in the building envelope segment. Most recently holding the role of Regional Sales Manager at Tilcor Roofing Systems, and prior to that, Territory Manager for McElroy Metal.

Each regional sales manager will be responsible for performing field promotional work and relationship management to sell and develop new business within their regions. This includes working with current major accounts, as well as developing new territories and new industries.

Some of their main responsibilities consist of demonstrating products/services and providing product application advice, as well as coordinating company technical engineering services to develop solutions for the customers’ needs. They will play a key role in increasing the regions’ service and sales volume.
