Why I Love What I Do at Laminators
What really motivates me is helping people grow—whether that’s our employees, our partners, or our customers. I believe business success should create opportunities for everyone it touches, and it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that shares that mindset.
I get a lot of energy from building strong, honest relationships—inside the company and out. For me, it’s all about trust, collaboration, and working together toward something meaningful. Helping shape the vision and culture of the company so people feel empowered, connected, and excited to come to work—that’s what keeps me going.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky to be part of teams that have grown businesses, developed great talent, and created environments where people feel valued and heard. At Laminators, I’m focused on helping us stay aligned as we grow—so that we not only perform well but do it in a way that stays true to who we are.
Whether it’s launching a new initiative, supporting teams, or helping us stay grounded in our purpose, I try to bring both big-picture thinking and a people-first approach to everything I do.

My background is a mix of leadership, strategy, and culture-building. I enjoy connecting the dots between business goals and the people who make them happen. I love working with teams to figure out what’s working, where we can grow, and how we can build something even better—together.
Outside of Work
Family is everything to me. Some of my favorite memories are made around the dinner table—cooking meals, sharing stories, and just enjoying time together. I’ve got a great crew in my wife and kids, and we love getting out for a round of golf when we can. Those moments of connection—whether at home or at work—are what remind me why I do what I do. I try to bring that same spirit into the workplace: lead with purpose, support my team, and make space for people to do their best.
