First, I love the look and performance of our high-tech, fully recyclable ACM panels—they’re sleek, durable, and engineered to impress. It’s incredibly rewarding to know our products make buildings look amazing and meet the rigorous standards of licensed engineers. We stand behind what we build because we’ve done the hard work to ensure it’s safe and reliable.

Second, I’m energized every day by the chance to create and deliver cutting-edge products. I can’t spill the details just yet—but what we’re working on is exciting, innovative, and unlike anything else on the market. That sense of discovery and possibility is a big part of what keeps me inspired.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and contribute to some amazing projects. I was part of the team that developed our Dry Seal System for architectural panels—an innovation that’s helped shape a large part of our architectural business for more than 15 years. I also tackled a critical design problem that ultimately made the system viable through some out-of-the-box thinking.

My education is a mix of university studies, corporate training, and self-driven learning. I specialize in opportunity recognition, tech development, and new product creation—always looking for that next big idea. Over the years, I’ve built skills across Sales, Marketing, CAD/CAM, Leadership, Website Development, and even Computer Programming. I also bring 27 years of experience serving on Boards of Directors, giving me a broad view of both strategy and execution.

Outside of Laminators, I stay just as busy. One of my hobbies is real estate investing, specifically in raw commercial land. I’m also in the early stages of building a revolutionary VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) flying vehicle—a personal project that merges my passion for innovation and sustainability. If all goes to plan, it will run continuously on solar and lunar energy, with zero emissions. It reflects how deeply I enjoy pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
