Architecture Billings Index Reaches Highest Score in Seven Years

July Architecture Billings Index (ABI) score was at its highest mark since 2007! According to the latest ABI released by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the July ABI score was 55.8, up from 53.5 in June, marking 3 consecutive months of growth. U.S. Architecture Billings Index rises in September

An increase in demand for institutional projects has been the leading factor for the rise.  Institutional projects can consist of Education, Childcare, Healthcare, Life Science and Government/Civil projects.  Overall, new architectural projects as a whole have escalated throughout the months.
